OBGYN-South is the BEST! We’ve had the best experience with all three babies (& now pregnant with 4th)!! They are very intentional and take their time to listen and give you the best care possible. Sometimes, wait times can be longer but I’ve been on the other side of that when we had an emergency c-section with our second born at 30 weeks. I came in for a routine appointment and told them he wasn’t moving much that day. 4 hours later my son was born! They prayed with us, encouraged us, and made us as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. They could’ve just brushed off my concern, saying he was getting bigger and running out of room, but they didn’t. They did their due diligence and ran tests to make sure everything looked good and caught the placental abruption in plenty of time to save my boy. We are so thankful to God and to OBGYN-South and to the NICU at Brookwood!

I left one OB office because of multiple bad experiences there when I was six months pregnant. I came to this one just because they accept Curaechoice and for no particular reason chose Dr. Joynt. I figured nothing could be worse than the last OB office. And, I’m so grateful it happened this way because Dr. Joynt is the most knowledgeable, attentive, and kind doctor I’ve ever seen. I’m so glad to have found her when I did. And, a special thanks to Dr. Malek too for assisting in delivering my baby. They gave no judgment and no hesitation to treat me in way that made me comfortable and made sense medically, especially during delivery and post partum.
The other doctors, nurses, and PAs are also great!
I also love how prompt this office is! I never waited more than ten minutes past the scheduled appointment time to get started.
