
Dr. Radbill was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Juniata College in Huntingdon and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.
Osteopathic medicine is a more general approach to medicine, with emphasis on treatment of the individual's health as a whole. The osteopathic training program simply emphasizes a different philosophy that includes the same license, the same education and board certification as the M.D. program.
Dr. Radbill completed his internship at USAF Medical Center, Wright-Patterson AFB and OB-GYN residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics-Gynecology and has a special interest in menopause, advanced laparoscopic surgery, urinary incontinence procedures and endometrial ablations (for heavy periods). He is on staff at Brookwood Medical Center.
Dr. Radbill is married to Ruth M. Radbill and is the father of three children.
