Dr Parnell is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained things in laymen terms, gave me options regarding treatments and made sure I understood him. He has a gentle touch you appreciate when dealing with gynecology :). I appreciated that his office personnel were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
